KL trip
Ahhh.. I am so lazy when it comes to blogging. It has been a week since I came back from KL. Well, the reason I was there was to submit documents for my UK visa application. And good news is, my visa is now ready for collection. Which means, I might have to go down to KL again to collect it or maybe ask my dad to pick it up for me when he's there for his business trip. Sigh. So troublesome, just because I forgot to include the RM20.00 for courier fees in the bank draft.
Okay, on to the usual stuff I always blog about. I arrived at KL by bus on Thursday night. Travelled with Plusliner, and had Joyce accompanying me throughout the very slow bus ride. Had dinner at SS2...
Curry Chee Cheong Fun!! But the portion was a bit small for me. Hehehe.. I still prefer the Curry Chee Cheong Fun at St Xavier's school canteen. That one is probably the best I ever had.
The next morning, I wasted quite a lot of time waiting at the Visa office at Wisma MCA, only to find out that I had submitted the wrong application form. So, I had to hang around at KLCC until the business centre opened. Was hungry, so I went to Dome for breakfast since that was the nearest cafe I spotted having free WiFi.
Ordered 2 poached eggs Hollandaise and my favourite Vanilla Latte. Although it was an expensive breakfast, at least it managed to calm me down a little after a morning of pek-chek-ness with my visa submission. After that, I went to MidValley Megamall for lunch and window shopping with Joyce and CK. Spent the rest of the day there and also had dinner there as well.
Kimchi fried rice at Food Junction. I crave for Korean food. Well, at least it seems more appetising than Burger King. Haha.
On Saturday, I had breakfast at a small shop near 1U. I forgot what this noodle is called. Lols.. Bbbun, is this Konlo Mien?
But it tasted good. Just a little bit salty for me.
Went to 1 Utama to do some window shopping again. Had lunch at Italianies. The portion was super duper huge. Don't try to go there alone or you end up stuffing yourself to death. But of course, you can always tapao if you can't finish. Watched Don't Mess With the Zohan at GSC after that. Very funny movie.
Later, we headed to The Curve for dinner. And where else to have dinner at the Curve if it is not at Marche's?
Ordered Cheesy Potato Rostti, a mixed grill and apple juice made with 6 green apples! Delicious. The dessert was great as well. Banana pie.
So tempting. The next day, I went to KLCC again because I wanted to eat pasta with alfredo sauce that I once tasted at Signatures. But unfortunately I couldn't find the stall that prepared it. Had pasta anyway. Craving.
Spaghetti with seafood olio and cream sauce.
Went to Pavillion later on and had pancakes for tea time.
It was quite normal. I still prefer Paddington's House of Pancakes.
I didn't take pictures of what I had for dinner on Sunday. Well, it was just some Japanese food at Sakae Sushi. So, that wraps it up. ^^
