Angel, Ywen and I went to Metrocentre today after attending church mass at the Catholic Chaplaincy in Jesmond. The chaplaincy was great - nice people and warm environment. I have a feeling I'll go there again.

Metrocentre - the largest shopping centre in Europe. And it indeed is. We didn't manage to walk through it all (i.e. shop-hopping AND shopping) but if you gave me 2-3 days, that should do it. ^^

By the time we got there, we were almost starving. The initial plan was Italian, or buffet. However, most of the restaurants had long queues, so we decided to try out the Bollywood restaurant. Ahh.. how I miss the tasty Northern Indian / Punjabi cuisine!! (thinks of Passage through India)


The food was great. And as usual, there was no chance to snap a photo before we charged at the dishes.

All there was left.. I love Indian food!!
We went shopping after food and decided to take a break at Starbucks! I MISS ICE-BLENDED FRAPPUCINO!! Cos only crazy people like us would wanna drink Ice-Blended when it's -2°C outside!

Had a good time today. But now I'm back in my room and I still don't get to watch Hairspray! =(
