I mentioned that I've been having nightmares frequently. These nightmares are getting more and more sick. Everytime I fall asleep I wake up within 4 hours. And I can't continue my sleep.

In my nightmare, I dreamt of death. I dreamt of the worst ways someone could die. Tragically. Horribly. I saw the exact picture in my eyes. It was as if I was the 3rd person viewing the scene.

I saw a woman, stripped naked, being tied onto a table by the neck. She was being a victim of a rape, and she was still breathing. The rapist tightened the chains on her neck, I saw her choking. She was choking like she was going to vomit, I could see her eyes. I could see her suffering so hard. Until now, her expression still haunts me. Her breath was cut out. And I saw her lifeless eyes staring straight into me. The next thing I knew, her body was found by the police. Her body was swelled. Her genitals were mutilated.

You'd probably console me that it's just a dream.

But think again, it has happened in our fcked up world.
