Blogging injunction
Shu's Court of Human Rights (SCtHR): Effective from this date, Shu will be issued a restrain order from blogging as it has taken up valuable time that could have been used to do other things.
Prosecution: Blogging has become a social trend among the global community. As a result, the defendant is alleged to have abused this right at the premises of her halls of residence by spending too much time thinking of ways to entertain her visitors. This has caused severe damage to her daily schedule and much disappointment to the people around her.
Defence counsel: Your honour, it is essential that my client be given the right to blog at the present stage of her life. Blogging is a form of expression, it is a platform where ideas are put together. It is the expression of an idea that gives rise to intellectual property. Therefore, she has a right to her property.
Held: Application to remove injunction successful. :P
